I'm a writer and curator based in London. I've published widely on modern and contemporary art, in particular on artforms that engage with ideas of landscape and nature. Selected art writings and curatorial projects are archived here.

My short stories have been published in Best British Short Stories 2024, Conjunctions, Interzone, The Los Angeles Review and Structo, amongst others. I've been long- or shortlisted for the BBC Short Story Award, the Sean O’Faolain Short Story Prize and the Society of Authors’ ALCS Tom-Gallon Trust Award, amongst others. 

I’m the author of two novels, The North Shore (Fleet, 2023) and Paradise (Influx Press, 2026).
